Speeding cameras in Greenwich: School Zone Safety Plan launches in D11 today 11/19/2025

Two of the towns eight new speeding cameras are in D11 -- Northeast Greenwich -- and four more are immediately-adjacent

Starting tomorrow November 19,2025, Greenwich Police will be issuing tickets automatically from five new speeding cameras at schools. They’ve been in “warning” mode for a month, but consequences start tomorrow.

• North Street School – North Street **In D11/Northeast Greenwich**

• Eagle Hill School – Glenville Road

• Brunswick School (Lower School) – North Street

• Greenwich Academy – North Maple Avenue

• Central Middle School – Orchard Street

  

The blue markers on the map above indicate the school locations with speed cameras. Four additional speed cameras are installed and in warning mode.

• Parkway School – Lower Cross Road **In D11/Northeast Greenwich**

• Central Middle School – Indian Rock Lane

• Glenville School – Riversville Road

• Greenwich High School – Hillside Road

They will begin issuing tickets December 17, 2025.
