Greenwich-Stamford Multi-Use Trail update from DPW

Greenwich and Stamford are planning to connect Greenwich's Binney Park with Stamford's Boccuzzi Park

Project options have been announced and there is a form and “story map” on Greenwich DPW’s website for public comment about which option is preferable.

This could be a preview of more multi-use trails in Greenwich mid-country as Greenwich explores additional traffic and pedestrian safety improvements. A prior proposal to create a similar multi-use trail along District 11’s stretch of the Merritt Parkway still be on the “parked indefinitely” shelf since the 2010s.
