A three-year $444m teachers' contract is apparently not rejectable under CT state law, regardless of review by Greenwich's town legislature

Allowed under CT labor law: a three-year $444m teachers’ contract locked-in by a subcommittee of three elected officials with no meaningful ability for review and rejection by the town legislature responsible for appropriations. CT law should be changed.
